yea got back into tamagotchis again lmao
so oc time!!

Locketchi is from an alternate dimention and ends up in the main (well, the anime) Tamagotchi universe. She's a magical girl Tamagotchi and was part of a friendship group of magical girl and boy tamagotchi group who protected their dimention from some evil entity i'll eventually work on later. Locketchi, like her name implies (lock) was part of a lock and key duo (probs gonna call him Keyotchi?). Basically their job was to keep this weird dimentional gate locked so nothing could get in or out. Many, many years ago it was allowed to be opened and allowed interdimentional travel but then that entity happened and tried to escape so the original magical tama team from that time all agreed to keep the Dimentional Gate locked at all times. Fast forward to the current time and the entity has become dormant to gather up it's power then used it to slowly at first destroy this dimention, and by the time the current team found out, it was almost too late (I imagine it's been many generations since the og team sgreed to keep the gate locked and tried to seal the entity away). So the current team had little to no infomation about the entity. Locketchi and Keyotchi were probs guarding the dimentional gate as usual when they got a message that the entity managed to defeat the rest of the team and was heading towards the dimantional gate. Since Keyotchi is the only one who can open/unlock the gate, and Locketchi is the only one who can close/lock the gate, Keyotchi had a Big Brain Time(tm). He unlocked the gate, yeeted Locketchi, and the magic key to open the gate through, and told her to lock it from the outside while he slowed the entity down. So yea, just throw your best friend into space while you fricken D I E 10/10 best character trait.

next up is Amortchi who's one of Valentchi's younger sisters! that's about all I have 2 her. She's more ninja themed since the dad is meant 2 be a samurai i think? her mask and headband are two matching peices of cloth material, so not a full ninja mask/hood. she's a lot more shy and less outgoing compared to her older sister. Initally there was gonna be this one younger brother of Valentchi's who always got on her nerves and while he has no name or design he's defos gonna be Amortchi's twin!
