Story:
Philly is certainly a weirdo of a fish, covered in feathers, spikes and with two sets of wings. He can't actually fly, either, making it questionable why he even has them. Glory is interested to see how Philly evolves, but until then, he's their strange little fish.
Philly gets along well with Nashville, and in turn, Jamie from Fox Tales Ranch. He shares their love of music, and enjoys time spent with the two of them.
Philly has an odd habit of trying to scare people who pass by the Lake. Unfortunately.... He's not very good at it. Salem tells him that he's just too cute to scare anyone, though Philly has a hard time believing it. Aeon has promised him lessons on how to better scare people, to little success yet.
