Found my old unfinished cursor and completed it. Probably no one is going to notice it though. :cINSTALLATION:
1. Download the file and unzip it. Right-click `Install.inf` and press `Install`.
2. Go to your mouse properties in Control Panel. Select the `Pointers` tab. At the drop down box choose `Framed Gem` and you’re done.
If installation file doesn't work, you can install it manually.
Tested on Windows, not sure how/if it would work on Linux or Mac OS.
