Pros:
I love the colours and how they're so vibrant and the fact they come out and stand out so clearly. The idea of a peacock cat is quite original, and the idea is executed quite well. I can understand the expression is of distaste/anger, and the features of the face, the eyes especially, look really pleasing to the eye. The border is very pretty aswell, the long twisty branches and the feathers only add to the effect.
Cons:
On some parts the lineart overlaps , especially with the fur. Also, some of the edges have white bits, as if you used the fill tool and didn't erase the white parts.
I can also see some of the colours sticking out on the black fur, which is a bit of a distraction.
Conclusion:
The art itself is very nice, but you need to check and edit your art for mistakes and overlapping lines before submitting to DA.
