Well that's what I've heard it called. The only other show I've seen drawn in a similar style is Avatar: The Last Airbender. Though some don't technically consider it "anime" since anmine is Japanese and not American. -_-

Yeah, that's my standpoint. To me, a show has to be completely like an anime or done in Japan to be called anime. Otherwise, it's just using the techniques of anime (which are starting to be used a lot, so I don't think they could be used as qualifying factors anymore).

One other show has been called that, BTW: Teen Titans.

Oh yeah! And a some of the hero shows like the justice league and batman beyond. It's a good style. I guess lots of animators are drawing inspiration of Japanese anime. Makes an awesome cartoon style ^,^

Yeah, and I think its good that way, because coincidentally, sometimes I see traces of American animation in Japanese work. So everyone borrows from each other.
