EDIT// I cleaned the base up a lot. And I took out some shading on the people. Hopefully it'll be easier to use now.

Manda made me a couple GermanyxOC bases, so I thought I'd make this for her.

It took me forever.

Rules:
1. You don't have to ask permission to use.
2. You're welcome to change anything on there, including eye and skin color as well as gender.
3. Please, please, please change the outlines of the cooking utensils and pancake. They'd look stupid with the colors that they are set.
4. Give me credit for using the base. c:
