3D Object Converter (version 5.30) 32-bit [2013]

This is great old software called "3D Object Converter" (3DOC), which was made by Zoltan Karpati (Hungary).
3DOC is/was paid software. This older version was "pre-registered" so it is now FREE (rated "E" for Everyone).

Although the software I uploaded earlier called "3D Exploration" is pretty good, different software has different good things about it, and 3DOC doesn't make UV's but sometimes it can load a format that others can't, and it can export an OBJ that works with most software. It doesn't seem to export rigged models, but I haven't tried all the formats.

It's supposed to import over 600 formats and exports almost as many. This old version can import an XPS ASCII MESH, but does not export them. It can be a little slow sometimes but it is a great way to work with unrigged models. It doesn't have any midel creation tools, but does have a material editor to set uo textures, and it can export UV maps as BMP files so you can see what the model's texturing looks like.
