Sammy managed to make it out of the burning fazbear frights but not before recieving permanent scars on his arms, after a while he went to Freddys Fazbears Pizza and went inside the security office and found an old phone he picked it up and put it up to his ear "Hello Hello Hello?" a voice suddenly spoke startling Sammy "Is this Mike Schmidt" the voice said "No this is uhh Sammy do I uhhh know you" Sammy said the voice stopped responding until "Heh you know what I'm going to hold out for the n-night BEfOre someone checks maybe it won't be so baaaaaad" it said in a distorted voice the telephone rings again "You know I always wondered was in all those empty heads baaack there oh n-n-n-no-no" the voice said in a voice barely audible over the static and garbled voices suddenly the rustling of chains could be heard banging on the door and a chainsaw could be heard the telephone rang again "Oh your'e still here greeeat heh now then you really aren't supposed to be so now I guess I'll come by the office where you are at" Sammy looked and could see a greenish yellow bear suit with poorly tied chains around its torso it suddenly broke in and took off it's head revealed a pale man with blue eyes and dark hair "Well hello" the man said "I am the phone guy you best be careful because there is something here inside this place" as he said that a green rabbit appear from the door and grabbed Sammy and then threw him on the floor the creature then moved toward Sammy shambling like a zombie "STAY BACK OR I'LL SHOOT" Sammy said in a loud suddenly the creature let out a loud roar and charged at Sammy managed to get a few bullets in it before it kicked him into the show stage wall it is then revealed in the light that it is The Springtrap however before it could kill Sammy Phone Guy stabbed with an axe "Wow what a mess anyways I then it's time to get out of here hey look IT'S ME the Phone Guy"
