Brook is made from cotton and cotton-blend yarns and, even with his Afro and jaunty top hat, stands at about 3-1/2" tall. His eyes and embellishments are beads and buttons, and we do use strong thread, but in the end, they are held on with thread - not devil fruit powers! So please, exercise caution around small children, pets, Wapol, or other beings prone to putting things in their mouth.
