I love the forest background.. a blinding light through the leaves... I dont like the character that much though... I guess its her face.. a bit like a flat stone face?

That is very pretty. I love the way you've made the canapy so varied and lush, and the charecter looks almost cel shaded. Another great peice.

Nice. I like the colur scheme and how the character blends in with the forest.

The composition on this is brilliant; you have the two ribbons flowing in the air, the groups of two trees and the two kanji (I'm probably showing how much I don't know about japanese here) letters in the top right.
The shading on Goro is also brilliant, going up to pure white where it should do, but still tinted with green.
This is truly a masterpiece, where everything is as it should be, looking natural and wonderful.
Oh... but what are custom brushes? Are they.... leaf shaped...? I have no idea you see.

I cant stress to you how valuble to me that would be - im studying animation at collage and Im currently working on a major project. I have story boarded the 30sec long (traditional NOT 3D) animation and one scene bears a unkanny sesemlence to that foliage you so beutifully illustrated. so please sir, with sll the sencerity i ask you, HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?
