She is certainly funky. Her outfit is kinda scary. Nice lighting going on here, although she looks crossed eyed. Is that intended or am I just seeing it wrong? Nice job though.

I love the look on her face. Like she didn't at some point notice one of the notoriously slowest land animals on the planet get onto her head. (although they're not always as slow as you'd think...)
The sheen on the tortoises shells is a great touch. I also love all the feathers and hair design.

Those trutles are so adorable...I love the way they seem to glow, and the green tones to her hair. Her design is really neat too. I like how the details make her look doll-like.
