begining of a healing process.:HOON's official Sunday afternoon ritual: its been a while i ve done a color piece, as well as my weekly speed painting ritual. a few days ago i opened up a canvas with lineart in it. but i simply wasnt able to place colors on it which made me think im losing touch with my inner-colorful-side Xp. for a while now, i was simply focusing on lineart only since talented juji is there to back me up, as far as painting is concerned. however, this little study of lighting and blending color was more than satisfying. playing with color is great fun, something quite different from lineart.

Hi, I'm italian and I manage a little art-zine that every two months have an issue on different themes.
The November issue, the 15th of this year, will have as a theme, "Guardian Angel".

It's an incredibly emotional piece, a great play of light and colour.
It's just a shame that while it's already got a huge following... it got additional fame because it was ripped off.
However, you could look at it in a positive light. It was so good they thought they couldn't not have it.

From someone who's has their work stolen (from xeroxes, no less) you have my regards.
It's a very beautiful illustration, very soulful. the bright side is alot of people who normally would get to experience your art will get to see it under these strange circumstances.
I think it's safe to say you have all our support in resolviing the matter.

i see that there is serious problem with the comic i mentioned a few weeks back related to this pic. i am sending my copy of the book back to the publisher, and futurequake are trying desparately to recall all of them i believe.
this is a horrible thing to have happen, and as a fan of your work i feel especially bad (i love you character designs for ninja talkshow).
i hope that now this has come to light, the problem can be solved, although unfortunately it can never be un-done.
