I love her calm expression that oddly fits the strange atmosphere. Her bizarre hair that reminds me of a crab intrigues me too, is she a kind of mermaid or any creature of the sea?
Just one critique: her right eye is doesn't seem as well made as her left eye. Or maybe it is a kind of wound?

The contrast of colors is nice. The girl depicted in warm colors and the lack of/cool colors swarming her really gives it a nice creepy feel.
