I block people who yell at me on-line. Yelling is typing with all caps for most of a line. It's rude and shows a willingness to do much worse in successive messages.

I also block people who dismiss or insult me. Is that so crazy? Is it inexplicable? Additonally, if you seem too angry over something trivial, I'll prevent you from vomitting your rage onto me, by blocking you. Sue me for not welcoming overreactions and out-of-control bitchy-types.

Imagine, someone avoiding angry people--deliberately!!! Call the cops!
