i do that too, but only when i cant hear them and read their lips cause they're either covering their mouth or not enunciating

technically I'm at least partially deaf in my left ear so I can't hear certain pitches in peoples voices and makes it very hard to make out what their saying, so if they are covering their mouths I wont be able to understand what their saying :S
