Here is a ball throwing animation that I made for my Advanced Character Animation & Motion Studies class that I took back in March and April. I haven't posted it anywhere yet because it was too short to post on Instagram. I converted it to a gif so I could submit it here. I created this in Toon Boom Premium, and it depicts an arm throwing a ball.
