Description i took this one in bingen on some oil tanks!
my photo class makes a photo documentation about a area (including these oil tanks) that will completly be changed for a more beautiful town! (2005-2006)
so we heard the first story here - a man who works there about 20 years will lose his job and the oil (6million liters per tank) that comes by ship will be transported on the streets by trucks! one (small)ship can transport as much as 140 trucks.
we lead a very emotional but nice conversation and in the end we could go on top of the tanks.

Hey,

ein wirkliches sehr gelungenes Bild!
Ich finde dieses "sterile" exzellent umgesetzt. Alles weiß, der Himmel grau und dann noch so einen wahnsinns roten Kontrast.
Für so etwas hab ich sowieso eine Schwäche.
Vorallem gefällt mir die Position, von der du das Bild gemacht hast fantastisch. Du hast alle interessanten Punkte vereint.

this is beautiful, so fresh and breezy. reminds me of summer and white cotton, and the beach! despite the sad story attached to it the picture itself is very upbeat - clean and bright. really great work

es war übelst hoch und dann auch noch windig wie sau an dem tag.. also ich hab ja eigentlich keine höhenangst aber das war mir nicht so geheuer bin froh, dass die bilder unter den umständen überhaupt was geworden sind
