Courtesy of my lovely new WACOM tablet - the very first coloring job I've done in...well, years.

I suddenly discovered I could actually use shadows! OMG! Granted, I couldn't decide on one light source so they're all wrong, but it you don't pay too close attention, the effect is quite atmospheric. (I've never done atmospheric before! I may fall over from the newness of it all!)

I cropped the feet out because I got tired of trying to figure out how to do mud, and therefore also didn't bother with a background. I may tackle that tomorrow and upload a newer, better version. We'll see.

...And for those of you who are more discerning critics, yes I know the whole "child riding piggyback" thing didn't work out as well as I had hoped. I didn't have any really good reference for it so it was kind of a stretch for me. But despite the lineart not being perfect, I do really think this is the best coloring job I've ever done.
