Description The woods this day looked very serene.

Birds frolicked in the air, sunlight shone its heavenly aura through the tree-tops, and all other animals were playing about. For Luke and his master Will, the two humans were treading the forest without a single fear of death, loss, or torment. Luke and Will had been trekking the forest for some time now, as they had recently escaped a disaster that the two humans would most likely want to put behind themselves…

In the last 500 years, humans have been the only species to truly arm themselves to fight the pompous dragons. The sole strategy that has actually somewhat worked in the overthrow of the dragons is with force in numbers. The best way that any group of humans can actually band together unnoticed is through the formation of underground hideouts.

In these hideouts, humans have equipped themselves with heavy and light swords, plated and chain armor, and even with specialized long range bows and arrows. Each person who manages to reach one of these hideouts undergoes extensive training utilizing either bow and arrow, or a light-weight/heavy-weight sword. After all, when over-throwing a species that is physically better than you in every way, you don’t want your army to be that easily beaten, do you?

This brings us to Luke and his master. Their base was recently discovered by dragons, and then the dragons immediately attacked. Fires went ablaze, blood began to pour down in the sky in ribbons, screaming was avid in the air, and…

…Let’s just say that Luke and Will are physically fine. Mentally speaking, no, but they are physically fine.

As they were walking through, Luke continued to walk, but Will froze. He could hear something in the distance. It sounded like yelling. It certainly wasn’t human, it was definitely from a dragon, but two questions surfaced from this. Why was a dragon yelling, and are there any more dragons around?

Curiosity over-took Will, and he signaled a day dreaming Luke to follow. In his training, Will had decided to become a heavy-weight sword master, whilst Luke had taken the path of a light-weight sword. Each certainly had their strengths and weaknesses about them, but the 35 year-old master and the 18 year-old apprentice were able to work well enough together in order to take on anything imaginable.

As they continued to trek through the woods, the yelling of the mysterious dragon became clearer and clearer.

“I WILL HUNT DOWN THAT INSOLENT BRAT! HOW DARE HE RUN FROM ME! I WILL KILL HIM!”

“Please calm down Kelrith. We can all find him and kill him calmly. There is no reason to freak out like this.”

Luke and Will were watching the conversation, and saw the dragon referred to as Kelrith grabbing the other dragon that was just talking to him, and saw as Kelrith began choking him.

“You will NOT talk back to me that way. Don’t make me kill you…” Kelrith said in his deepest, most sadistic voice. The other dragon just nodded, and began to gast and heave for air once Kelrith released him.

Luke had decided he had seen enough, and began to crawl back. He personally would fight this dragon, but there were also 2 others bringing the grand total to 3 dragons. 3 dragons could easily kill 100 humans let alone 2. As Luke was walking back with his master Will, he stepped on a stick, and snapped it. Guess which creature just happened to be curious enough to find who or what snapped a stick?

Kelrith was now face-to-face with 2 humans. His conciseness was no longer in control of his actions. His anger was now in full force.

Kelrith immediately blasted searing flames onto the humans. Once the dragon had almost burnt his own esophagus trying to fry the two humans, he saw that one had ran to safety, but the other stood his ground, weapon at the ready.

Kelrith didn’t even take his time to enjoy the humans demise by toying with him. His anger was too great for him to control. Instead, Kelrith just took the sword from the human with ease, tossed it to the side, and closed his jaws around the human. He wouldn’t bite him, no, this human didn’t deserve a swift death. Instead, he would be digested alive.

Will had always been a valiant knight, so when death showed his face to him, he would naturally stand his ground. However, Will was now overrun with panic. He was unarmed, defenseless, and was now going to die. This shouldn’t be the result of him being that same selfless knight! Will knew exactly what would result in a human loosing to a dragon; The punishment of loss was being eaten. Will would fight with what strength he was given from his training. Nobody wants to become fat on a dragon’s hide.

Luke had escaped the dragon’s fire, being that he was a very quick and agile person, and watched the mayhem ensue. He couldn’t take his eyes off of his master, his friend fighting a creature in which no man has ever beaten alone. With an expected yet horrific result, the dragon swatted the sword away from his friend, and then grabbed him, being sure to break a few bones. Will was in certain pain, but tried to fight the dragon’s grasp. The dragon looked at will with much hate, and immediately placed him into his mouth, swallowing him down, sealing his fate.
