I am personally pleased to announce that subject 119xZA is a resounding success.

The time for procedure completion for subject 119xZA was ** months, ** days, * hours, and ** minutes, an average time for transition.

Harness model ZA - X was tested and applied on individual [EXPUNGED FROM RECORD] . The procedure was successful, I request further testing to further confirm our current one-hundred-percent success of the harness. A wider sample size is recommended due to the large variety and difference of possible pokemon species to test.

General process summary:

Individual [EXPUNGED FROM RECORD] was encased in material ******** on day ***** of testing. The harness was attached and the subject was left unattended to begin stage 1 assimilation.
During stage 1 assimilation, subjects initially appear confused and often notably distressed. Partial mental changes typically occur first, as the mix of chemicals and calming, soothing texture of material ******** begin to counteract and destroy this natural fear. While a full mental transition has not yet occured, the subject becomes used to a quadrupedal stance. Tests at this stage involving the subject show that over time, the subject is not only used to its new stance but has trouble recalling ever walking on two legs at all, even as most other human memories remain intact. While the body is slowly changing throughout the entire duration of the process, visible changes are first noticeable around the 1 month mark. These are slow at first, but begin to progress faster as the rubber "softens'' the internal body structure during the process. The subject is also slowly weaned off of natural bodily functions such as eating, sleeping, digestion, and breathing. Nanites made from material ******** are inserted at regular intervals to further degrade the organic body while speeding assimilation and providing temporary life support. This is the riskiest stage of the procedure - the delicate process of switching out weaker human functions must be monitored and controlled at all times. The slightest miscalculation or misstep will result in immediate process failure. Following the successful implementation of this stage, the procedure is deemed irreversible due to the damage to the vital functions beyond repair.

These gradual physical changes will be accompanied by stronger, more aggressive mental changes.

However, as the human physical body changes, the mental changes seem to 'sink' into a subject's brain. Subjects develop the mindset of their Pokemon bodies, speaking only the name of the Pokemon whose form they've adopted. They show little to no reaction towards pictures of friends or family. As specific human body parts are permanently readjusted, the subject loses any awareness that they had them in the first place. Around this stage, the subject loses any memory of ever being a human, and may even express disgust towards them.
What's extremely remarkable, however, is that we've discovered that these mental changes happen regardless of if any additional indoctrination, hypnosis, or brainwashing techniques are used. While it is not clear why this occurs, the leading theory is that this effect happens due to the brain's natural adaptations into the new body, combined with material ********-induced chemicals permating brain tissue and/or the brain's natural way of coping with the new changes. Material ********, on its own, appears to have effects on the brain far superior than even our current assimilation techniques. This material has strong potential on its own as a mind control mechanism.

The length of time for these changes can vary wildly as the degree of natural reconditioning (detailed information on this subject on attached “Document F”). Some subjects become fully instinctual Pokemon, while others, though [i]believing[/i] they are pokemon, display instinctually human traits and intelligence, and retain their personalities and behaviors to a degree. At the beginning of the third month, judging the body suitable for phase 2, we began inducing subject 119xza with phase 2 nanites that would allow the subject's body to exhibit power similar to that of 119Xza’s newr form. While a risky, dangerous process given how poorly humans can naturally handle these levels of power, the procedure was successful (procedure details can be found on attached “Document J”)

Subject 119xza was declared finished on day *** and sent to mental reconditioning immediately thereafter. Despite the aforementioned natural reconditioning of the brain, artificial hypnosis and brainwashing methods are still needed to ensure the new pokemon is loyal to Team Rocket.

At this point, the subject's name, ‘Individual [EXPUNGED FROM RECORD], will and should be dropped from any and all documents and databases. All outside documents involving him or his name should be immediately destroyed. Grunts are to remove any and all evidence of his existence, whether physical or digital. All Rocket personnel are forbidden to speak his, or any other subject's name without approval from a level 7 personnel (or higher authority). If their names, or any hint of their former lives, is mentioned to any of these subjects, the offender will be met with immediate reassignment into test subjects.

His new designation will be 119 until given a name by his new owner. All personnel will be instructed to call him by this new name.

Combat testing has revealed that 119 is showing surprisingly impressive mastery of his new abilities, even surpassing our expectations. He's flawlessly impersonated several employees, myself included! Fortunately, 119 has proven to be equally loyal to the Rocket cause and happy as a loyal Team Rocket pet.

In fact, I'll admit even I'm finding some affection for him. If it's at all possible, I'd like to submit a personal request to take 119 as my own personal pet, along with more funding to further our research. The program as a whole is showing excellent promise beyond our wildest dreams!
