Thank you for viewing and have a great day!Elias felt more nervous than usual as he stood on the mat, bending down one more time for a stretch before his individual round. Much to his deceiving appearance, Elias, who used the name Ellie, was a guy, not a girl.
After graduating high school, he received a full scholarship to attend Blue Mountain State University as a member of the school’s track and field team. While humble for the opportunity, he wishes he knew about the extent of their hazing.
Part of freshman hazing was being placed on the women’s gymnastics team to improve flexibility, which in return helps the team during the track and field season. Elias objected at first, but after being threatened with the removal or his scholarship and having to pay back the money, he reluctantly obliged.
At first, it was difficult. To stay eligible, Elias had to attend school as both Elias and Ellie, attend both practices, and keep the necessary grades to qualify. That was easy compared to the shaving and tucking tests he had to master, so Elias retained the appearance of a girl. If the NCAA found out Elias was a boy competing in a woman’s bracket, the team would be disqualified, and he would be expelled from the school for the cheating scandal. Now more than ever was the light on him. Standing up confidently, he uttered a prayer that nothing would go wrong, as he took a step to begin his performance.
