Jody had a unique ability, which he viewed as a double-edged sword. Anytime Jody laughed, he’d change genders. Jody’s appearance from his body to his clothing would transform in front of his eyes. It was a unique ability, which terrified Jody in public. A fun-loving and laughable guy began to stiffen laughs, hoping to not transform in front of his friends.

As time went on and he learned what triggered his ability, becoming more aware and comfortable with his power. Snickers didn’t count, but whole-hearty laughter did. Once Jody knew more, he began slowly adjusting to his female side. Small errands to the store as Jody, the same name as his male identity, turned into introducing Jody to his friends. Despite his fear, his friends were accepting of Jody.

Jody now openly shops for both male and female attire for his new identity with his fears behind him. As he continues to learn and adjust, questions begin forming in his mind. “Can I get female Jody a date?”
