Rene’s high school hosts an annual beauty contest to raise funds for the senior class trip. Usually, the male population is barred from entering, but that didn’t stop Rene’s posy from force entering him. The objective was to show up the female contestants with Rene’s feminine appearance to belittle some of the school's snooty girls. Not wanting to pass up an opportunity for a practical joke, Rene agreed and brought in his mother to help.

His mother had always wanted a daughter to pass down her knowledge of beauty pageants. Seeing as this would be the closest she’d have to a daughter, Rene’s mother went all out. First, she called off Rene for the week leading up to the contest and enrolled Reda. Rene was expected to shave his legs, sit through his mother’s strict makeup routine, wear the clothes she laid out for him, which included hormones to take to ensure no one knew who he was. At times Rene felt tired, but the hopes of winning a woman’s beauty contest as a guy made the weariness waste away.

Come contest day; his mother presented Rene with her old school dress. A short black dress clung to his curvy body, complementing the black heels and dirty blonde wig. A quick look in the mirror produced a confident smile, as Rene knew he’d win this contest.
