This was my reaction to that scene: Nooooooo!!!
Sebastian lost his demonic innocence!!! * punching nearby pillow like a little girl * (Well, he may not have any innocence at all, but saying he had demonic innocence is still more accurate than calling him "innocently demonic", because he's obviously not . . . x3) * continues to ramble, only out loud * And why didn't Ciel - kun SAY anything?! I mean he had a poker face on and did he even know what his butler was doing I mean it was not not NOT an order - ooh Grell needs a hug therefore I shall now proceed to awkwardly hug the computer screen Grell, dear, I feel your pain so let us get the chainsaw - (and so on)
