Theme of the Week: Winter Fun and Merriment

The second of my daily drawings of 2016 is a little more on the side of chilly than the last one. I am doing a weekly themed 365 daily drawing challenge, in which I pick themes and draw things based around them for an entire year! In this challenge I will be drawing my own original characters, video game characters, and all kinds of different things including animals and even robots!
Todays piece comes from an idea which somehow morphed into this. I attempted earlier this year to make a Smash Bros based calendar using my vector art style with gradient shading. After switching my idea to make an Undertale calendar instead, I then took the art style I used from the now abandoned Smash calendar and made this! Mario's ice powerup is fun to use in New Super Mario Bros. And it's even funner to troll other players with it. XD
