Well, there is a reason people put those disclaimers there. And I understand why people want to give Lauren credit, although legally that probably isn't the best way of wording it.
On a more self-righteous note, people not understanding the difference between copyright and trademark is one of my pet peeves. Hope I didn't come across too harsh, though.
