OK GUYS AND GALS! HERE IT IS AGAIN BUT THIS TIME...ITS ON TIME
i've been working and studying on how to animate frame by frame.
so i'll do that for a while until i can do the whole "paper-Doll" thing where you use separate parts to tween.... there is only 1 tween in this animation, its not that good so please bear with me.

Frame by frame is a very good but painstakingly long process >.< i find tweens much more fun X3 this is aweusm tho AND RANDOM SOO HARDCORE X3 whats the FPS o.o?

thanks, when i decide to start making longer episodes, i'll look into theFPS so i can make the mouths move a lot more fluent.

i figured out that i needed to increase the framt rate for fluency, and not to mention use that Generate Silence teqnique that my freind showed/told me.

no, you dont need to know, your flash is always on time, so you dont need it.

download, "audacity"
and when you open it, go to "generate" and click "generate silence"
type the time in and export it as a WAV.

then stream it into your cartoon.... and it should time it some how i dont know. it just does for me.
