I think it could be improved if you make the border of the little guy black and increase the highlight on him. In other words, make him more closely resemble the style of the current emoticon smilies. Maybe add a little more color depth to the water too. I still love it and it is definately an improvement over the first one. Now if only the final edition (if you choose to make one, or if this is it) would get added.
