Something of a companion piece to promote an actual play D&D 5e podcast I'm on. Shameless self-promotion time, I know. Fight me. My group is called The Slaywrights and our current campaign is called In the Footfalls of Giants, y'know if you couldn't tell from the great big text all over the image. It's a fantasy/sci-fi adventure/comedy blah blah in SPACE. with MAGIC.

Anyway. Who are these idiots? Left to right we have:

Wilhelm: DM NPC, a haunted skull duct taped to a roomba (yes really)

Dr. Finch Okafor: Or simply Doc to their friends. Changeling grave domain cleric of Kelemvor who has modeled their appearance after their adoptive human sister. Big nerd, but in a cool spooky way

MUUT: another DM NPC, the highly advanced (and highly awkward) AI controlling the crew's ship that presents themself to the crew as a simplistic looking hologram

Captain Zellias Vance-Arland: played by me, he is a shithead. Also a notorious space pirate captain and draconic bloodline sorcerer of tremendous power. Or at least he was before he was knocked back down to level 1 at the start of the campaign by a power nerfing MacGuffin so that he could roll with the other level 1 babies

Galva Lithos: Big. Like 9ft big. Galva is a giant-kin/earth genasi fighter who only vaguely understands fun and really wants to fix her broken sword. She's the captain's first mate because she is very good at stabbing

Eo Tyr: Way of the Astral Self monk fairy who was once arrested for suplexing a dwarven diplomat in a misguided attempt to 'do a diplomacy'. Now she's a space pirate vtuber. Because why not.
