He was sent in, to investigate his company and uncover his fraudulent scheme, stealing laugh power from Monster Inc, mixing with Scream which could endanger lives on Monstropolis, Chet has collected enough info and evidence send it to Roz. Worthington forgot one thing, Roz said "Were always watching." They have eyes and ears to listen.
