I started this a month ago, good to get it finally finished and submitted up. Just hasn’t had the time lately to work on my artwork. Did get to the point halfway though were I got sick of working on this one. Doing the Tenkaichi style sometimes can be a lot harder to do then what it looks like. Will say I’m most happy with the face, detail and shadowing came out really well. When I started making this one, a few other people had the same idea. So there are a few other versions now out on this one, which was bound to happen. It's a image based Dragon Ball Heroes Victory Mission which is a spin-off manga created by Toyotaro, and based on the arcade game Dragon Ball Heroes. Anyway I’m glad this is done finally.

And a PL of only 56 Billion.
Seeing as so many say Broly is SSJ2 level, assumingly that would mean LSSJ - X100 base.
Then we got Broly's V-Jump PL of 1.4 Billion.
1.4 Billion/100 = 14 Million.
So Broly has a mere 14 Million base and SSJ4 is X4000 so 14 Million X 4000 = 56 Billion.
Goku should be 100 million or so by Buu/BOG as Beerus says Goku can't defeat Freeza as he was (Goku was in base form so he's < 100% Freeza).
Then in GT we got GT Base Goku > Z SSJ3 Goku.
100 million X 400 = 40 Billion.
GT Base Goku = 40 Billion.
SSJ1 GT Goku would be enough to turn SSJ4 Broly inside out.

Interesting when you put the numbers together. Most would assume Broly would easily have it over Goku. But clear not the case.

Well Broly never trains. He did get slightly stronger in Movie 10 but since its only slightly id say he went to 14 million to maybe 14.5 million.
