I Have Seen A Few Takes On Frieza Fifth Form But They Have Used Cooler's Body And Colored It In Using Frieza's Colors. If You Look At Frieza's Final Form And Cooler's First Form They Are Very Simlar. Main Points Of Difference Are Purple Circle Thing On His Head, Eyes And Chest Area. So I Still Wonted Their Forms To Look Simlar But Keep Frieza's Main Details Intact And Make It Recognizable As Frieza, This Is What I Ended Up WithPlease Click To Enlarge

Hm, I would have thought that his fifth form would be a bit sleeker, since his fourth form is smoother and more subtle then Coolers, but this still looks interesting.

You know, they could have made GT so much damn better. In the Super Android 17 Saga, both Goku and Vegeta could have gone to HFIL to fight Cell and Frieza. Broly could have shown up then and gone Super Saiyan 3 and Vegeta could have gone Super Saiyan 3 as well (hell, Frieza could have also gone into his 5th Form on top of that). While all that was happening, Piccolo could be sent to HFIL temporarily to help Goku and Vegeta (but not before encountering and absorbing King Piccolo and thus getting a MAJOR POWER BOOST). The battle could have shaped out like this:
Goku (Super Saiyan 4) vs. Broly (Super Saiyan 3)
Vegeta (Super Saiyan 3) vs. Frieza (5th Form)
Piccolo (Damiccolo) vs. Cell (Ultra Perfect)

Wonder if Frieza could go "Full Power" in his 5th Form (which Cooler probably couldn't [hell, Cooler said Frieza had the edge before Cooler obtained the 5th Form so I'm guessing Cooler couldn't even go Full Power in his 4th Form either).
