I started this on October 12th last year, it hard to believe it has taken this long to finish it. A have changed just about every detail more then once. With time and time again I was unhappy with how it was going, I lost track. I gave up working on it many times and moved on to another artwork instead.Anyways no disrespect to all the other Gotenks SSJ4 out there but no one has ever got it right. They all use his base hair and color plus giving him red fur, which is fine, if he was not a fusion. Goku SSJ4 has black hair and red fur and Vegeta SSJ4 has brown hair and red fur. But when fused together as Gogeta SSJ4, he have red hair and maroon fur. So as I used that as the idea for making Gotenks SSJ4, as I think both fusions would work the same.

That's always been the plan. Since I have made Majin, SSJ2 and SSJ3 Vegetto it's the obvious progression.

Perfect explanation, and it's true you hit the nail with this Gotenks SSJ4, although, I don't think his hair would be that long. I would've imagined it to look similar to Vegeta SSJ4's hair. But hey, this is picture is still on point.

Thank you, good to see a few agree but Vegeta's hair is long too same with Goku. It is hard to tell from front on though which you mostly see Vegeta SSJ4 at. Here is a [link] of Vegeta SSJ4 form on the side that shows the length of his hair.

Thanks, my SSJ4 looks nothing like SSJ3 Gotenks [link] his SSJ3 form is way longer and the blades of hair are thicker and flow differently.

That's right so many people have used the base hair for him. Funny when I posted mine up so many people start using SSJ3 hair or making longer hair themselves and making his hair red and giving SSJ4 fusions maroon fur, started something there I think.

cool but i found a flaw in the color scheme

well my theory on ssj4 is the hair color for ssj4 is supposed to be like base hair but on steriods and the fur is red with the hair color tint fusions their hair color is the stronger persons fur color and based on their hair style and the fur is red heavily tinted by the weaker persons hair color or maybe im just putting to much thought into something the creators didnt use any logic on I mean its gt affter all

Yeah because Gogeta SSJ4 by your logic still does not make sense to me. Because Black hair plus brown hair seems to equal bright red hair, but like you said thatβs GT for you. I consider it like a SSJ5 because you have two SSJ4 fused together.

no I said the stronger persons fur is the fusions hair color and the fur is heavily tinted by the weaker persons hair color gokus fur color is bright red and vegetas hair color is brown and gogetas hair is red fur is red with a really brownish tint

True about the ageing but every one thinks as Gotenks as a kid, imagine the backlash you would get if you aged him. Or people saying, "oh you should make him as a SSJ4 when he was a kid".
