Description (Well, since I finally got LDD working again, I'd thought I'd start with something simple again, also changed the category to something more fitting. Also, due to the fact that I haven't typed these things in a long time, it might suck somewhat, no wait, it WILL suck.)

This is the M6H1, a M6 Medium Tank ([link] ) variant. It is a turretless Tank Hunter/Destroyer with increased armor everywhere and the gun mounted frontally in the hull.

This tank hunter, is armed with a smoothbore 125L250 gun(125mm calibre, 250 calibre long barrel(31,25 meters)), the gun has a "swinging autoloader" at the back, which can either function as a regular 6-shot revolver autoloader or swing out of the way to make the gun function as a regular handloaded gun. The vehicle also has the capability to be field-modified with a 140L150(140mm calibre, 21 meter long barrel) rifled barrel intended to make it function as improvized artillery. The effectiveness of the artilery-barrel is however limited due to the fact that it lacks in elevation and that a 140mm autoloader doesn't fit inside the vehicle.

While the vehicle shares many component with the basic M6 Medium, key components are different due to the needs of a tank hunter, key changes are the lack of a turret and the extremely long barrel, the barrel is in fact so long that a heavier, more powerfull engine(3000 horsepower) had to be placed in the back to avoid having the vehicle tumble foward when driving over hills. The rods over the gun also aren't recoil-absorbers, instead they are just there to help carry the barrel, because without the rods the barrel would bend and likely break upon fireing.
The vehicle doesn't carry any anti-infantry weapons of its own, but is usualy covered with ERA to protect itself from infantry-carried antitank weapons, most vehicles generaly carry some APTS-shells(practicaly 125mm Shotgun shells).
The heavier engine boosts the vehicle's top speed by 10 km/h but decreases its range by 90 kilometers, this tradeoff is better than it sounds due to the fact that tank hunters are supposed to lie in wait and ambush enemy vehicles, and get away before they are shot at, due to the higher speed and the fact that its gun can punch trough 300mm of composite armour at 2 kilometers it excells at this role.
All these modifications make the vehicle somewhat heavier than the standart M6, but increase its mobility and firepower substantialy, altough its mobility in urban and heavily forested regions is less due to the extremely long barrel.
