You really improved a lot! Much more detail on the hair for example! And I notice you even get along without shading ( is this the word called for the process of merging lighter to darker[or vice versa] colors to achieve the illusion of lighting effects?) here. Just black and white with some precise placement. Excellent work! Had to look twice, On the first look it really looks as if shaded. Congrats!
