This is Hetalia, the personification of countries as human beings. Left to right is Italy, Germany, Japan, and Prussia. In Hetalia, they are turned into cats, but not a one ever has wings. In the show, Italy is captured by France during WW2, but he was so annoying, the Allied Powers shipped him back in a box, and because he annoyed them so much, they wrote "FUCK" on it. Prussia is Germany's big brother, and Japan is Japan. They don't have wings in the show, this is merely fan lols.
