...Yea, uh, the "angles" thing is just a thing from the making of this. Such as the boxes of ball5.I didn't really want Japan there since he looks so sad. Like he wants to be in Italy's place. "Germany-senpai notice me..."
How I fancy angles angels with the same wing colour as their hair. ;v;

It's fanart of a show called Axis Powers Hetalia. The characters don't normally have wings; that's just how the artist chose to draw them. But yeah, it is reminiscent of Maximum Ride a little.

Yes, that's the show. They represent each country, and their personalities are mostly based off of cultural stereotypes, with a few exceptions. And no problem!
