Second week of the challenge done. Only god damn 50 more to burn through I am continuing the theme for January, that is platformer enemies. So, in order, here they are:

8 - Skraat Seer - In the Hive Archives you will encounter your first psionic enemy, a Skraat seer drone, which uses powerful psionic powers augmented by his staff to shoot homing projectiles and deflect ranged attack with a reactive shield. Can also shield friendly minions.

9 - Skraat Dominus - Only three can be find in entire archives, they mastered their psionic talents and no longer need a staff to focus their energies. The have quickers attacks, a powerful area blast in addition to projectiles and can swiftly teleport from place to place.

10 - The Broodmother - Big, barely moving, tanky and do not really fight itself. What she does though, is constantly spawn low tier Skraats to swarm the player. She is oft guarded by one or two of the elite Skraat units, like Mantoid Champions and Maulers.

11 - Mantoid Champion - A deadly melee unit with powerful, fast and far reaching combos with it's four blades. Not very durable though, and can mostly use it's speed to dodge attacks from range.

12 - Cordyceps Zombie - In the bowels of the Lost Ship you will find a Skraat colony infested with the alien fungus that takes over their bodies and disfigure them completely. These are not very tough or durable, but spit corrosive projectiles and explode on death into toxic spores.

13 - Amalgamation - A few bodies of the Skraats fused together by the fungal growth of the infestation. Slow, lumbering and very fragile, but taking them out needs extreme caution as they explode in massive area with volatile spore cloud which can infect other minions in the area.

14 - Varsk Guardian - Skraats are merely a tool, a warrior and worker slave race to the Varsk Hegemonies, a ruthless, corporate stellar entity. In late game you start seeing their units. This one is their basic shooter. Clever, use cover well and have a rapid firing, accurate raygun.
