Volva is able to form a number of ‘soul’ animals. He can project parts of his being into so far a set of 3 different animals. But can only hold the form for a little while, the larger the creature the less time. Also he can only create one at a time.

~Cat: A small tabby shaped cat, has been the first form he could create. It glows a light tint of red. Volva usually uses the tabby for someone to talk to not that it ever speaks back. He is also able to use this form for a separate set of eyes. He can only see what the animal sees, when this is happening a red film glazes over his own eyes.

~Owl: A Middle sized barn owl that is glows light blue. He is able to connect his hearing sense to this creature and in turn can speak through it if wished. When connected he can’t hear anything near himself, only what’s near the owl.

~Bear: A Large black bear that when standing holds a height of 7ft. He can use this creature of green color to fight. The bear will mimic movements he creates with his own hands such as slashing and the like. This form can barely be kept for a minute. Volva's hands have a green claw shape that cover them when the bear is conjured.

These forms are very taxing on him energy wise and the newer the creature the less control he has over it. He is also able to conjure Marshka but she uses her own energy to hold her form, and does not relay truly on Volva to create her form.

Volva is not naturally a magical being and instead has to rely on a set of six rings in order to work his conjuring abilities. These rings were previously owned by Marshka his ghost companion and hold bits of her soul within them from when she died. The rings are used as an amplifier since Volva alone would not be able to create the beasts.

Personality: Volva is very introverted and shy. He is a selective mute and prefers to speak through Marshka then use his own voice. He although can be angered rather easily but rarely if ever will be violent but does know how to defend himself well enough. He chooses to only speak when he is alone to either his conjured cat or Marshka. Custom to cold weather.

Background: Volva was born in a small village isolated in the mountains. Upon his birth Marshka appeared as she does for every birth trying to find her predecessor as the village’s protector. She found that he did not contain the same power that she had held but at the same time he peeked her interest and with that she chose him. During Volva’s raising much of it was spent with Marshka either training the powers, or traveling to other villages to learn from their shamans as well. He was basically raised by her in a way and such has his shy personality and awkward social ways. Marshka is the reason for his entry in the school wishing for him to further his knowledge.
