DONE COMPLETELY WITH A COMPUTER MOUSE PAD.

1. I used a rather sloppy line to give me a GENERAL idea of what I wanted the eye shape to look like.
2. I cleaned up the lines a little.
3. I made the edges more sharp.
5. Added the bottom of the eye
6. More fixing.
7. Added the pupil
8. I colored the outline of the eye a dark blue, ALMOST black.
9. I darkened the blue even further. (The pupil vanished from that one, I don't know why)
10. Added things to the eye. For this eye it doesn't matter how straight they are due to how dark I planned to make it. Normally, I would pay more attention to these lines as they are actually pretty important here.
11. I got a dark blue (V: 50, Opacity 89.) and began going over the eye.
12-21. I kept going, layering the colors. I kept lowering the V by 5 every layer.
22. I went over the blue with 4 layers of black on opacity 63. This can be changed for different effects.
23. I added some eyelashes.
24: I added some eye shines to to make it appear more "alive." With this dark of a color, the eye can appear as mostly lifeless.
