Connections
Two Heavy-armored protagonists which are codifiers of two huge genres (FPS and metroivania) who fight to exterminate an invasive force (demons and space pirates/metroids/the x parasite). They also have a personal vendetta against these forces due to them being the direct cause of the deaths of loved ones (demons killing the slayer's wife, child & pet rabbit and ridley killing samus' parents). They work alongside an AI companion who help to guide them (samuel hayden and adam malkovich).
