Testing to see if this gif actually works.*Okay, something not work related. Took a day to animate my poor 3D Jindo that I modeled back in 2007. I'm not sure why it looks bad in IE but fine in the other browsers.

Its a good animation but I think you can push some aspects of that run a bit more. Like the back legs could use a bit more bend. and the down pose could be pushed a tad as well. Also I'm not sure how many joints are currently in the tail but unrolling it a bit more in the motion might make it look a bit less stiff but then again that be how it is in the reference. But for the most part very very well done.
