Well this is for because his Rarity picture got deleted from my computer (my laptop crashed and deleted a ton of files) so this is a make up picture. This took around 5 1/2 to 6 hours total to do. Hopefully you like it. Thanks for feedback if given.Is It Time To Party (C)
