Zau of Clan Grizzlehorn (Female, Born: 559A) Healer, Cleric
Guarded, Abrassive, Intelligent
A dignified "lady of leisure," Zau likely knows more about the politics and happenings of Iringard than the royal family. She has seen more than most have forgotten and while she has been a constant presence within the city, she never speaks of her true age. Her family hails from Clan Grizzlehorn, though she has maintained little to no contact with any of them over the centuries after she founded and began running "Zauhaus." Much of her jewelry, extravagant clothing, and personal embellishments were crafted by her own hand. Lady Zau, as everyone calls her, is quite miserly and will pinch and save every coin she can; hence the crafting of her own items whenever she finds the time. In fact, a lot of the clothing and decoration provided to her staff was also created by her to maintain standards and keep costs low. Tightly-wound, stern, and highly intelligent, Zau has little patience for those who waste her time -- be they employee or customer. As much as she enjoys earning money, she won't hesitate to fire those who do not obey her wishes or kick anyone out that refuses to follow "Haus Rules." Or worse -- disrespects her staff.

WILL:
- protect her business, property, and employees at all costs
- help direct you to others if you are in pursuit of information she cannot, or will not, provide; so long as you inquire in a respectul manner
- drink you under the table

WON'T:
- accept bribes or sell you any information about her patrons and regulars
- accept your advances or allow you to treat her like one of her employees (AKA, she is not available for relationships)
- hide her true feelings or opinions about anyone

CLAN CITY: Iringard
The Capital City of the Icewarg, Iringard is a massive city hidden beneath the icy chill of a massive glacier. Cold, but well protected, Iringard has one massive gate that leads in and out to the North, while an emergency gate to the South sits beneath the Fisheries.
