Description
Dizz is a time traveler and she runs fast. I think it's pretty clear at this point that her outfit will always change between drawings. You can check out a close-up of her face here:

AS usual, a very nice work you gifted to e.deviantart.net/emoticons/d/d⦠" width="32" height="17" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="7" title="deviantART"/>.
But I've to say, that this is a really... weird one - more later.
The concept is pretty nice - indeed. The details are high enough to be eye-catchy and the edges are defined enough to give the image enough depth.
Vision:
Hmm, you know - that is something up to the creator to decide. In my point of view, there is a vision in it... but it does not meet with your "faster than light" topic. Maybe the reson is, that the outfit does not look sporty enough, to allow such an agility to run faster than usual. The pants are... OK, I would remove the edges, tho. The top is pretty loose and appear uncomfortable to run. And theese are reasons, where an artist do not have much choice. A loose outfit is hardly a stereo-typically dress for acrobats (except Pacour, but there is speed no role).
The gloves are perfectly fine again - but why does she wear... such... cloth... stuff (donno if it exists in real or if it even has an name)... I personally would cut them, so my hands would be free to move... maybe you should give it a though, since you sweat a lot when your skin can't breathe. Or is it some SCI-FI material which is perfect biological and well supporting=?
Originality
Well, light and its speed is quite common. Fan-service is also everywhere... so I can't say that this is that original. But what I can say, is, that you put some interesting topics together...
a school girl (or at least she appears as such)
rebellery - that punk haircolour, expression and the fact that she appears sporty
Agility and Sportiness
SCI-FI
and this is quite uncommon. She appears to be special in her environment, 'cause she looks like enjoying it to be that fast. So she is kinda special... is she?
Technique
Well... it will sound hard... but rare that I see so many things that appear wrong to me. Maybe you just wanted to create the theory of relativity-effect which effects the perception to see distances way different. Than it is OK and fine to me. But I dislike it. Her right arm fits 5, 6 or 7 times in her left leg. Also, her right shoulder appears smaller than her left. Well, not that critical, her left arm is larger than the other - a huge difference for such little distance-difference but well... .
But there is another problem... even there is such huge differences, her right leg appear normal scaled compared to her body?
However, the textures, coloring are amazing and it took me an eternity to reach such effect and I still do not know how to get such FX... I really like the textures you did on the cloths... look very natural. But I would have added some shadows on the glowing parts (specially to those on her pants) since I would have preferred it to be a bit outstanding instead of being totally flat surface.
Impact
Well, I already told much about it. It's eye catchy, well detailed and very nice textures. The glowing sparkle between her chest (wrong angeled as I see now) is a nice detail... but almost the only detail, the rest is surface... but well, she does not wear that much to add endless details e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title="
(Wink)"/>
In the end, I've to say:
I'd seen better from you, but still a nice artwork with more or less technique-issues.

The perspective is a little weird on this one. Usually I'll consult a reference when I have an issue, but since it was skewed overall, that wouldn't work. I know it's probably off in multiple places, but I don't see it as being too much of an issue.
As for her outfit, I've always changed it every time I draw her. The top conforms to her body so it shouldn't bounce around when running. The weirdness of her "pants" is mostly because she's from the distant future as well as a time traveler. So her fashion sense is all over the place.

The artwork is really well done, I personally like the style on how you drew Dizz.
Overall the clothing is interesting and cool, I like on how the clothing has a mostly blue coloration going around, so it doesn't look absurd. The clothing looks slightly revealing but not enough to worry about. The arms look proportioned and the hands are well done.
Your art style is original (as with everyone else..unless they copy/paste everything) and face is really well done, I like her smile, showing an upbeat mood. The eyes boom out of the picture and look wonderful as well.
There are a lot of Time Travelers, so she could meet someone interesting e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

The background of the picture is somewhat bizarre, though I'm guessing that is a wormhole...
So, I'd personally say that this is a good piece of artwork, great job hybridmink

Thanks for the critique! The background is a heavily photoshopped photo of some waves. The idea is that she runs along the "waves of time" or something corny like that. It's mostly because it looks cool.

Faster Than Light...? Fun fact: That's also the name of a videogame (FTL). True story.
But hey, looks fantastic as always.

Yeah, it doesn't seem all that much fun when you're watching someone play. I'm guessing it's a lot more fun when you're in control.

It's possible, though I dont like games where you're supposed to die over and over again.

Huh. Didn't know that was a thing. "Dying over and over again." The only game I can think of to that knowledge is Dark/Demon Souls.Β

Well there's an entire genre dedicated to the concept called roguelikes. Rogue Legacy is another one of those that came out recently.
