Not bad, the effect on her hair/mane and tail looks quite believable. I'm also fond of the eye blink. The only thing that bugs me is the leg placement as it appears to skip a bit towards the end as the animation reaches the end. I would recommend inserting some more tween/inbetween shots for the legs/hooves to give it a more fluid feel. Overall it's quite nice and would do well with some great music.

In the show, I believe the running cycle is 8 frames long. Mine here is actually 9. I think the leg positioning can be improved to make it seem a little less choppy; I could add some tweens too, but I might need to increase the frame rate.

Most of the raw artwork was done in Photoshop. I imported all the components I drew into Adobe Flash to render the animation, and I achieved the sun rays effect using After Effects.

Oh, but before everything, I made a sort of skeleton animation in flash to nail down the positions of the legs before I drew out each frame of their running cycle
