Stitch offering some ground support against the weepers instead of flying up there with others or going after the hook lung. There's plenty going after the hook lungs when there's only a few of these whereas weepers will continue to cause widespread dismay so long as they remain. While Stitch could shoot them out of the sky easily, it was a bit hazardous when there seemed to be so many gros trying to all show off up there too.
