Photoshop fun! This is based on how they were described in the book and also a bit from the film. This is basically how I imagined them. I've shortened their legs, made their shoulders wider and scaled up the heads a bit. I've also added the colored hoods, armor and extra beards etc. Even Dwalins slightly ''blue'' beard is included.
Thorin - the King under the Mountain (Light Blue)
Fili & Kili - the young royalty (Blue)
Balin - the wise and elderly (Red)
Dwalin - the hardened huntsman & warrior (Dark Green)
Gloin - the sturdy veteran (White)
Oin - the able medicine man (Brown)
Ori - the young scholar (Grey)
Dori & Nori - the strong soldiers (Purple)
Bombur - the chubby cook (Light Green)
Bifur & Bofur - the skilful miners (Yellow)
