Sleep? Yeah, that’s definitely what I needed at the time. I’d been working on this for a few days, balancing work on top of it.
Pretty on the nose, this piece is a recreation of a scene from the Sonic OVA where Sonic & co falls asleep after Robotnik’s exposition (even his badniks are snoozing). The little sign also references a brief gag later on where Sara the Cat-girl boards Robotnik’s mech.
It’s simplistic in terms of shading, one of my weakest entries, but I guess it mirrors the low-budgeted look of the original animation.##
