Description
This is my version of Ultimate Clockwork. His body kinda works like a magnet, where as he uses a magnetic force to keep him off the ground, and the same thing to control his arms.New Powers/Abilities:
-He can send something into the future instead of just himself
-He can bring people with him if he goes into the future or past
-He can evolve/devolve something by blasting it
-He can still age something by blasting it
-He can also make something new again by blasting it
-His armor isn\'t as weak as it was before
-He can now also travel to different dimensions
Weaknesses
-If he touches the ground, or anything, with his bottom half that is magnetic, he will be stuck there until something pulls him off, or he times out
